I only think to do kegels when someone mentions it, haha. I love how this post is still going. :D. It's wonderful to be a woman!

Omg, I was in a pretty awful mood this morning...until reading this thread that is...my face hurts from laughing. Thanks ladies for the giggles.
I just caught up to this hilarious!
Haha!! Several months on and I can say it barely happens to me now, there's some moves that make it happen and I'm aware and can stop it! lol

Lol this is a great thread! Just want to add kegals also help us ladies have better orgasms ;) even doing them alone sitting at your desk lol it can make you have one... Hold em as long as you can ladies hehehe ;)

i have a nuva ring so pole farts happen to me frequently, especially when I do straddle leg moves. I'll be going for the move and then I will feel the air and be like omg dont make noise and end up coming out of a move awkwardly to avoid them. Im probably switching birth control soon so lets hope the amount of pole farts goes down.

Hahahaha this thread is hilarious! I never thought about the fact you could end up queefing from a pole move, but it makes perfect sense! Even more reason to work on the kegel exercises! I dunno about you ladies, but I can never figure out if I am squeezing the right muscles unless I have something in there to squish. 😀 Hahahaha sorry TMI I know!!
If you want to work on activating those muscles, stop the flow of urine when you're on the toilet. If you can do that, you know you've got the right muscles. Here's my kegal routine since it seems a lot of us need to work on them. I do all these once per day: Contract and release as quickly as you can in five pulses. Relax a few seconds then do it again times five. These were hard for me when I first started, I had to start slow and work up speed. Contract and hold for 30 seconds. Rest a few seconds in between. Do this times three. Squeeze and release to the beat of a song. If you stick to a kegal routine, not only will you reduce the queefing and stop any problems you may have with leaking when you laugh or cough, but you will have stronger and more powerful orgasms. And who doesn't want that?
HA! You know when you do CPR and they say to do chest compressions to the song "Staying Alive"?! Try your squeeze and release to that song! LOL

Hahaha yeah I can stop peeing very easily, but I still don't know which muscles I'm using. If were to try right now sitting at my desk I'd have no idea if I was getting it right. Unless I started to pee. I don't think I'll do that though 😀

Fanny farts are so funny ! I love them and do them all the time, in fact i am so good at voluntary ff's that its like a party trick. - my fav is to do a head stand against the pole , straddle my legs and via control bring the air in and pop it out again, it can get really noisy when i do it right ! I call my boyfriend into the room to watch/listen and I fall over eventually cause we r laughing so much , all in good fun.........:)

So ladies, my dear friends....last night I started working on the Shoulder Mount from the floor and what was I greeted with??? The most GHASTLY, LOUD, LONG, pole fart I've ever experienced. I started laughing, but then I was horrified!!! Then MORTIFIED!!!!! This was going to be my go to move when I was out and about! But I don't even know if I should continue working on it because it was so bad!!!! What a dilemma! :) xoxoxoxo
Wth? I never had one. Suppose a tampon might muffle the sound though.....

😀 I haven't... yet, but I was taking a class once and the teacher was teaching when you are already on the pole, but you are inverting and when she went to pull herself up and hook her leg, she let it rip! She sad it was her shoes, but we all new better. We had a good laugh about it.😉
Ugh... I have this problem! It's happened in yoga too, which is even more mortifying than pole class because of the calm and quiet atmosphere. I laugh it off at home (and sometimes even impress myself) but it is so embarrassing when it happens in public. One of the benefits of poling at home I guess. I also have the problem of being unable to play it cool when something like this happens. I could never be an exotic dancer, lol. Or maybe I'd develop a following as the easily amused one...
Yep right there w/ya sister! And maybe this is TMI but I've noticed that I only get it really bad the few days before my period is due. So I started to steer clear of pole class around my period lol. Sure, I'll practice at home during that week but I skip class lol
Btw I'm talking about my vajay jay, never had a booty fart on the pole. I refuse to pole if I'm gassy to avoid embarrassment lol
@ portableninja: great thing about being an exotic dancer and farting is that the music is so loud, no one will ever hear. ;)
What about the smell? Hopefully there is noone with in whiff.
