OMG, OMG... I DID IT!

POLD HOLD!!! EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEe!!!! I'm so excited I'm practically peeing myself!! I watched Veena's video.... Paused it while she was in the position.... Went to my pole.. and I DID IT... Like. . 8 seconds, and only let go due to extreme excitement. I can't beeeliieeeve it. YAY! I'm gonna MAKE it.. OMG. It certainly IS all about the DETAILS that Veena gives. (I'm sorry. I'm just toally elated. Wheeeeee.)

Yay! I'm excited for you! I know the feeling, when you finally get that move and you go "Oh my god I think I might actually be improving~!" 🥂 It sounds like you've got lots of strength to hold that one! I'm still working on it...but I've seen some improvement! 🙂

I just posted to you about your hold. It helps to watch proper technique. It is what I did, and I just got the hold yesterday!
