Sissy and all you other ladies with piercings in your ladybits--- (First of all, well done! Braver men than I am for sure!!) If you do tail sit the way Fleur describes, going from pole sit, leaning over to one side so the pole ends up on one butt cheek lodged behind your sitz bone, then drawing knees in to chest and opening legs out into a v from there, your ladybits should come nowhere near the pole. This move takes a lot of abs and your arms need to be straight when you do it. Same with bum slide. In the handstand, open legs out to a v, then MOVE YOURSELF OVER so the pole is in your inner leg cord, not your bits. Then roll your pelvis to bring feet toward the floor. I love this move and do not have super flexy hamstrings. Give it a try!
so far no luck on this. damn super tight hamstrings!!! tight HS's have been destroying my extended butterfly/jade split, ect ... well i was doing really good for awhile with stretching.. time to get back on track with that. thanks everyone for all the great tips!! am going to just work on strectching out my legs and keep trying! ☀️
Bob Cooley's "The Genius of Flexibility." See if your library has it. Resistance stretching is changing my life and body totally, Roxy-Pink's too from what she says.

And I do a couple "no hand" wrist sits in my latest vid (not the warm up one)....I don't put the pole smack dab in the middle of my no-no business...that would so totally hurt. I actually find it easiest to get into it like doing a plank so my upper body is already leaned back...I then grab the pole close to my thighs and hoist legs up and over....I love how this move looks!!

oh and since i've been really doing bob's stretches I'm noticing changes in my butt muscles...which is a totally good thing!!! I've found that these stretches do way more than any squats could do!!! That's just my opinion...lol 😀
I can do this one fairly easily with no pain when i just lean back enough and my arms are lowered enough.. at least chest height... The first few times I tried to do it, it hurt my lady-parts so bad I kept trying.. in a thong Like all other moves, eventually horrible pain gave way to "this ain't so bad" It was at the same time as I was trying to learn superman which I think went through a similar process Now I can do it in booty shorts or underwear And like the normal wrist seat i seem to fair better if I do a little wave where I tuck my legs in before I splay them out Julie
