I love my lips. 😉 Women pay big money for botox and I got them naturally.

I love my booty and legs. My girls are big and end up getting pole bites at times. I like myself and if I would live a little healthier I would be one hot mama. Question is... does anyone know of a brand of booty shorts that my ample booty can't munch into the ultimate wedgie while I'm dancing.
My hair, My eyes, My natural curves =) @donnalee - Being smart is inner beauty! Its supposed to be outer beauty tell us how beautiful you are! Its all about self empowerment =)
Oh, man.. This is difficult! Hmm, I really love my eyes, and my boobies, haha. When I am in dance clothes, with my belly and legs showing.. I can't help but check myself out constantly, I feel like a straight hottie! My boyfriend says he loves my butt. I've always liked the shape of my face too. Omigosh, I might go on a self-love rampage if I don't stop thinking about it!!
My webbed toes: I know that sounds weird to love them, but I do. It's on one foot, where two toes are partially connected. It's worth not being able to wear toe socks. 😉 My lips: I got the mystery lips as my parent both have no lips. My hair: it is a nice blonde and is thick and long. My eyes: they are a weird greyish blue that I don't usually see on many people. My curves: people always comment that I have a tiny waist and big old hips.

All this self-love and self-affirmation is so beautiful! I also love my brain. I've worked hard to get it in shape. :) And my broad, strong shoulders, my thick red hair, my (still!) perky boobies, and my enormously wide feet. My feet are actually quite ugly, but they do their job SO well that I can't help but admire them. I'm constantly barefoot! I know it's a long, hard road for many of us to get to where we can admit what we love about our physical selves. Kudos to all of us who have made and continue to make the journey, and for those who haven't yet gotten there-- you will. You're worth it. As Carl Sagan pointed out so beautifully, we are all made of star dust; there is something of the heavens in all of us.

I love my skin. I also love my eyelashes, they are so long and thick people have asked about my mascara brand when I don't use any. I love my brain too, but I don't think that can count as "outer beauty" unless you've had some major surgery and portions of your skull are missing😮

I love how my legs look when I point my toes! Like a ballerina! And I have real abs. Thank you poledance/aerial dance.

Ok, so I have been contemplating this one fore a couple weeks now. The first coke times I read through the thread put me to tears. I won't get into it, but body image is a struggle for me right now. Any how, so I kind if took this as a personal challenge, I would think about it and was determined to come up with something. Finally I have. I like the shape of my left leg from my knee to my ankle. Kind of specific, right lol. But I did it. So now when the baddies

It's not about me weight, or shape or anything pregnancy related, and I am already at pre pregnancy size lol
I know this old but I'm new and just found it.....and I think it's great because I'm used to complimenting and seeing the beauty in others. Here goes..... I love my: legs (long) eyebrows (naturally arched) skin color (chocolate) arch in my feet hands (slender with long fingers) small waist beauty mark next to my nose smile hair I appreciate having a body so I can express myself through dance and I also love looking a lot younger than I really am🥂

Well, EVERYTHING changed with the kids lol :-D So.... I love that my stomach is still flat after 3 kids, and that I didn't get stretchmarks there. And odd as it this will sound, I love my scars (all over my butt lol I DID hate them for a while!!) because the scars come from the shots that keep me pregnant. My other loved scar is my caesarean, that is a recent love (it was definately a hated scar for a long time!) This is not an excuse, but to explain - we had our caesar bub (the others were natural births) at just 25 weeks. We'd already lost our twin, so for me the scars are a personal symbol of getting through these pregnancies and the great blessing that resulted :-) And a nice new way to appreciate my body, for the beauty of it's function rather than just what it looks like. Your calf comment made me laugh! I am working on my legs hahahahaha!! Would be nice to have them back again lol ;-)

Hmmm... not easy when you think about it. But I definitely love my eyes and hands. I like how my arms can look toned pretty quickly and my legs look good too. Although I think they could be a bit thinner. I also love being more curvy!!
This is absolutely true! It seems to be easier to answer when we are asked what we DON'T like about ourselves... but well I have to admit, since starting pole fitness, I have seen great improvement in my figure. I love my rocking body now! Great booty, great curves, great legs and great shoulders! Thanks to this wonderful workout, I have NEVER looked better! I even started wearing summer dresses!
My biceps!!! Very proud of them on such a skinny girl!! :)
I love this post. When I was in my teens, I had such a horrible body image. I can recall days I had where I would look in the mirror and really see myself, what I saw was so beautiful I didn't even recognize the reflection as me! I feel kind of sad that I can count the times I have looked in the mirror and seen that. Since then I've had some nasty health problems and gained a ton of weight. I get a lot of crap from people about it and I'm really sick of it! Just because I'm large doesn't mean there is anything wrong with that. There are a lot of things I love about my body: I love my skin. I love my face. I love my hard earned muscles. I love my tiger stripes (stretch marks). I love my legs and my feet. I love my hair. I love my smile. I love my brain. I love my hands and arms. I love my belly and my back.
I love my lips(they are naturally big & full) I love my legs I love my boobies!
I agree with you ladies. Pole dancing has given me such great confidence and has changed the way I look at myself. This would have been such a difficult question for me to answer a couple years ago. But now I'm just thinking, "Only ONE thing?" I love my eyes, my hair (which I used to straighten religiously, but now realize how awesome my wild curls/waves are), my shoulders and arms, my flat stomach, and my legs. Oh ya, my hands and feet too (they are nice and feminine). Oh ya, being half-Mexican makes it so I have a tan year-round! Woo hoo! :D
I forgot to mention my butt and boobs (they are pretty amazing, just ask my hubby)! :D
