May Yoga Challenge

Thought I would start a thread on the yoga challenge. You guys can post here if you want or if someone else wants to make one that is fine too. So, Day 1 Downward Dog Go figure that I didn't have a lot of time this morning to do the challenge so I did it at work. Like I said on Instagram, I guess it doesn't matter where you do it as long as you do!

I love that we are all doing this together! Tripod headstand, hmm - I always do the other kind where you cradle head but all the work I've done on that kind meant this kind was actually not hard today! I had the pole there but after coming up from down dog and getting balance, I didn't need it! Woo!

This has been a very fun and eye opening challenge. Thanks to TropicalVertical for suggesting it. Yay! We made it! Day 31. A much needed savasana in my revamped purple pole and yoga room. Spent the weekend painting and rehanging mirrors and shelves! I still need to move the pole back a foot or two from the wall... But I'm almost done. And the name of the color is Sanctuary! How perfect!
