Leg Warmers & knee pads help

I have a hard time finding leg warmers that work well for poling and that don't cost an arm and a leg. I am looking for two types: 1) the kind that you can wear with stilettos/poling shoes (with stirrup hole or not) or without shoes 2) some that can be worn over knee pads without So ladies where do you get your leg warmers from? I am familiar with discount dance supply that seems to have some leg warmers for a good price but I am leary about buying from there because I don't know if they will work for pole work or not.   I have a pair of knee pads that I got from my local sports store but they start to bunch up and shift and then start to hurt the back of my knees so much after a few minutes crawling around because obviously they are made for upright sports and not crawling around on the ground. So some ideas where to get a good pair of floorwork/dance knee pads would be much appreciated as well.
