Have you ever met someone in person from SV?

I've had this conversation before. I always get the strangest looks. I have met quite a few people from this site. One of them I even roomed with in Las Vegas at Pole Expo (Krissykiki) I have also met two local girls from here that I've had over at my house to pole. Have you ever met anyone on SV and then met them in person at your house or his or her house to pole, or did you arrange a public meeting first? Maybe pole has made me too trusting... Or I'm just letting my family bother me too much about their "opinions" I always felt like I use good judgement and caution when meeting other online.. Can you tell I'm a little distressed and feel judged? Lol

UK Veeners meet regularly! There is a group of us that started meeting last year and I think we are on our 5th pole jam in January :) So far there are 12 of us. If any more UK pokers want to join us when we jam just get in touch, although we are usually up North, Stockport, Manchester or Lancashire. We have such a great time and are all different levels and have all been poling from 5 years to a couple of months I believe. No one is not welcome!

I have met and am friends with "Veena", Stellarmotion (David C.Owen), Ty, Fluuer (Amber Richards), Fuzzynavel (Katie),Maureen M., Judy from the Girl Spot, Poledance fan (Joel), Glitterhips (Diana), and a few others. Veena, David, and Katie have been here a few times!
