Heres how to avoid a hangover after a night of drinking. Either will work but #2 rehydrates better & more efficently: 1. Kids Pedialyte (grape is best & drink it really cold because it tastes gross warm) drink right before bed 12-16 oz or more--as much as you can stomache...the more you drink the better off youll be OR 2. Coconut juice or coconut water. Cold is best. Coconut water is the best out of the two. I keep cans of this on hand always. Drink 1 large can before bed. *When i go to vegas my first stop is always the store to stock up on coconut water!* Coconut water or juice is also GREAT after working out, your muscles will be less sore the day after...

Want to add that i rarely drink but when i do, the two things i mentioned have never failed me & have worked for my friends who ARE heavy drinkers. So give it a try ;)

altho i wonder if ill hav trouble finding coconut water here in the midwest, ive never seen it!

Hey Rixi. I think Trader Joe's and Fruitful Yeid both carry coconut water. I live in the Midwest also!

You would be surprised, it's actually in almost every grocery store. Coconut water that is, look for it on the international foods aisle, usually around the Asian, Indian, and sometimes hispanic foods. It is best super super chilled. Never troed it for hangover cure, but I think I will now, I love that stuff!
Oh i love coconut water!! Especially the on with the chewy coconut bits in it!!! i only discovered it recently, its not exactly a common thing in ireland!!! I had THE WORST hangover two weeks ago me and my friend shared a litre of vodka then we went to the pub and drank more! Unbelievably sick the next day, especially because contrary to popular belief of the Irish, i dont drink all that often.. I normally pole when im hungover, I had plans for pole that day too but no way, it wasnt happening! How do all you girls cope with pole when hungover? I normally like to pole when hungover is that wierd haha?? And drink lots of orange juice! and eat lots of crappy rich, spicy chinese or indian food yum yum :)
thanks saphyre and ninjachic! sialos- i never pole when hungover, i am dying just getting up to do things for the kids lol i wish i cud just lay around alllll day but since i have kids i cant, this is the reason i dont drink much anymore. and yes greasy food is a must!! lol
aaaaa never never drinking again. started out with scotch... dabbled with beer... found some vodka... rounded out the evening with tequila.

haha a sandwich seems like too much work. I usually end up next to a box of triscuits and a hunk of cheddar with bite marks in it...(Cabot! lactose free!)
Bahahah, Katana! That's amazing! I once tried to make pasta whilst drunk when I'd gotten home.. I can't recall exactly what happened, but the evidence pointed to me grating cheese and pouring pasta sauce into the butter container.. and waking up in bed next to a saucepan of plain pasta on my pillow.
wow u guys r funny!! lmao i think my worst food time was mixing broccoli, salsa, butter and shrimp on a bowl and eating it, my bff said i was eating the tails and all, i dont remember it one bit lol but shrimp tails, yuck!! taco bell or steak n shake was always awesome after a night of drinking
