Hello ladies, I'm not around much but I know I can always count on getting great suggestions here. I just started doing the butterfly consistently using split grip. I have not been able to extend it yet but would love to start exiting the move gracefully. Please give me some suggestions, I'm clueless when coming up with these type of ideas. Thanks!

For me the butterfly flows nicely into the flatline scorpio.......

I find butterfly into pyramid quite hard... I love to go from butterfly to Jamilla to exit... Swing the leg that's off the pole around so you can unhook your top leg to Jamilla and then come down. (A Jamilla is the first move this chick does... Kiiiiiiind of like this. So if you're going from ext butterfly, you lower your extended leg to hook to the bottom of the pole. Personally I find it challenging and awkward! :-) http://poledancedictionary.com/moves/?q=spatch
So if its not like that move exactly and by hook you mean bent leg, is it like an upside down Cupid? Sounds more effort than its worse tbh.

Another pretty one is to swing the free leg around and switch body to other side so opp armpit gripping -- spinning leg switch :)

Thank you so much ladies! I don't love the butterfly to flatline scorpio so that is the only one that doesn't interest me much. Going to apprentice sounds simple enough and probably looks pretty. I will look into all the transitions and get to practice. You guys are the best!
