LIKE it so much! Love the new look Veenastudios has gotten lately. And I really dont want to give it a negative vibe, so this question is ONLY because I care about the site and the people. Have you checked that youre not interferring with facebooks "like" patent? I know that google+ was not allowed to use that and instead they used a +1 feature instead. I know that you wouldn't think, they'd go after a smaller site, but they have done that before. And VeenaStudios aint that small anymore. Its like one of the biggest polesites in the world. I just thought I'd put it out there. I'd hate for you guys to get in trouble.

The best button invented Is the like button, I love it!:-)
@CreativityBySteffie - The +1 button was used not because of patent issues but instead because of branding issues. Google wanted to stand out, they wanted their button to be distinguishable from facebook's when you were were on a website. Plenty of sites use the concept of "Like"-ing something, even another Google property, Youtube.
Thats great. Was just wondering. I know yt uses the button, but it is facebooks patent. And its harder for facebook to go up against Google than a smaller and lesser known site. And since facebook interfers with both Google and Yahoo patents (its not an issue with Google, since they only get patents in order to stop the whole having patents and thereby allowes People to use theirs
As they like. ) but When it comes to the smaller sites, facebook Can be ruthless.
Well if fb does have a problem, webbbie can change it to a LOVE button.....since a heart shows up anyway!

Lyme we were going to use LOVE first...that's why it's a heart!! So your right...but we knew people around the world understood LIKE so went with that first.
I Think heart suits Veenastudio.. :)
