DC Pole Jam in December Roll Call

Hey gang! I need to get a head count of who all is planning to make it to the DC Pole Jam in December 18-20th so I can let the studio know how many to expect. Jessalynn is looking at the calender now to check the availability. If she is not available I do have a back up studio I can call. But It would help if I had an idea of the number of people to expect. So if ya comin, put ya hands up!!!!! 🥂 Jungle Cat 🐱

God I wouls love to come to this...never get to hang with fellow polers and it sounds sooo fun! Hoping finances pick up and I can make it out, positive thoughts 😬

I can also help with carpooling. I'm in Wheaton, MD, I own a GPS, and I am not afraid of the ghetto. I also know Arrrrundel Mills is an oooutlet mall! shoppity-shop. shop shop shop.

As far as people flying in, depending on where everyone ends up staying, I could definitely help car pool as well. Did everyone decide on a chat time to discuss details, I got kinda lost in the thread, it was getting too long to catch up. Either way I am totally there where ever it ends up happening.

Hi guys, So I just called xpose and I'm ready to go ahead and schedule the party but there is one teensy item that I want to discuss and that's the rental fee for the party. It's going to be $90 (non-refundable) and that fee does not go towards the party, it's a seperate charge to rent the space and has to be paid at the time the party is booked so I'll have to go ahead and pay it when I book the party. Per person it's going to be $30 each (for 3 hours, if we have 10 or more people which I'm sure we will) and I'm checking to see if you guys will be willing to pay a few bucks extra to reimburse me for renting the space... This fee is non refundable so I also need a good final headcount of who's coming before I invest 😀 I'm not going to pay $90 bucks for 3 people. We can pole at my house instead, LOL. I need a roll call ASAP before the times we want get taken 😉

That's great!! What are the proposed times for the jam (or did I miss that part?)? I don;t want to rsvp yes and then find out i can't go. Of course I'd be willing to help defray the $90 - we could just split it evenly between whoever is coming?

I'm there!!! (there's a chance I might have to leave early, unless we can do it earlier in the day) so I'd be happy to carpool there, but can't guarantee I can carpool back - very excited.

Ok maybe we should make a list so that it's clear who is coming so far? i'll start by listing some people who have said they definitely want to come. Everyone else can copy/paste to add their name to the list (no need to quote the whole post). Hey All! I was just wondering if the date has been 100% set...? I just need to know so i can take the time from work and book a flight/decide if I'm driving... also, i need a roomie for the weekend if anyone wants to bunk with my stank arse 🙂 any hotel suggestions from the locals?? Thanks ladies!! (and gents) 😉 Can't wait!! this is going to be so much funnnn!! YAY!! Oh and Sissy I will totally pay the $30 and throw in to help reimburse you!
