i went to vertical fitness dallas when o visited. i took a silks class! loved it! have fun in dallas. i hope to move there one day :)
I'm going to ft worth this weekend, too! It's my husband's trip, so I'm not sure if I'll be able to sneak away for a silks class or not. But I'm keeping my fingers crossed.
