I got a new computer in November and now want to send a copy of a video I made(on old computer) and posted on SV for a friend who is going through a hard time. Is there a way we can copy our videos back and/or share?

yes I think you can. If you go into your video above the feed is like 4 options 1 is download video. :)
PlatinumAni is correct. There is a link on videos that are yours that allow you to download them.

Nice to know because i had lost some video the last time computer went crazy and i was really sad that they were only here so couldn't share with everybody :D
