I am wondering why people have a SV name, a diffent pole name on there pole FB page, and yet even another pole realted name on Youtube? I have a hard time keeping track and/or figuring out who's who! Anyone shed some light? Thanks. I am Lyme Lyte here, my pole FB is Lyme Lyte and my Youtube is Lymelyt100 (since Lymelyte was already used).

I know that I started off using the same here as I do on youtube and facebook. Then I realized, the name I was using is also my Hooper name, and the name I use when performing as a vocalist. Given the stigma, I didn't want someone to come find me for hooping or music and run into my pole dancing. So I stuck with a spinoff of those other accounts to make my name here. It also has its own email with my hooping business in case the two ever meet. I have never made a video of me poling, but I probably wouldn't want to add that to my hooping youtube either. I'm actually considering breaking off a different youtube account for my own videos, like parasailing in Daytona Beach, and keep my hooping videos in the same collection. So thats whats up with me. And for the Burly scene, I just switch it up to Dee Lucks lol. That just made me think of cheeseburgers. Double Dee Lucks lol (which actually IS my cup size *snicker*)
Lately I've been getting confused by people changing their SV names.. I can usually recognize them by their profile picture, but as soon as they change it to a new picture I'll be just as confused -- new name AND new picture, AH! 😕

I'm Debss on here and Debss "Veenamember" Smith on my pole FB lol, It looked weird not having a surname so I added one lol! My profile pictures are the same on both too. I don't have a youtube account 'cause I don't really have any videos yet :P I've got people on the pole fb that I think are from the forum but I pretty much accepted anyone as long as they had pole-related info on their profile.
I guess I just get bored of the same name or times change and I feel like something else suits me more. So when I open up a new account somewhere else I don't re-use a former name.
I made my YouTube forever ago, before I was even in pole. I recently changed it to match SV though. My Facebook isn't a special pole one, so I've left my real name. Maybe someday I'll make a new page. At least Danielle is involved in everything. :)
my fb name is an alias i made before pole because my acct had been hacked and it wont let me change my name again :/ my youtube is an alias also because im paranoid abt using my real name after fb was hacked.... dont really talk to any veeners on youtube
I have been chemgoddess on numerous forums over the years. When I first signed up on YT I used my screen name that I used on other forums that I did not want associated with my chemgoddess screen name. I have my real name on FB but recently changed my last name due to being contacted one too many times on that account and not feeling comfortable with my real last name out there (plue I will be moving and changing jobs in the next year). Lastly I have a FB account for my performance name which I did not even have a performance name until last year. With the exception of my YT account (which I pretty much never post to any way) it is pretty easy to link the three names.

Hmmpph... I must be getting old.. I use my name for everything. That way I can remember it. :/

for me when i created my youtube i didnt have a studio veena or pole persona and it also backs up to my google/android info so im snoopybankai there, when i post videos i just caption the stagename that i have also changed to something that suits me better. same for veena, didnt have a stage name so its my real name last initial. facebook is my real name.
I'm hookedonpole here on sv and have two FB accounts...personal one with my real name for friends and family who are not into my pole sport (other than a few), then a pole FB acct with Yo Hookedonpole. I had a YT acct with hookedonpole and for some reason changed it to svveneer. The videos I upload to YT are listed as private, only those I send link to can view it. I'm not comfortable having them public. So no one will find any videos if they search anyway. I wish I still had YT account as hookedonpole to be consistent, but since they are not public it works out. My FB and YT basically have same videos posted here for pole and communicate with others who are not veneers.

I used to use my real name on SV, but finally found a nice stage name and decided to change it to that. I use my real name on my FB and youtube account which is connected to my gmail. I don't really mention anything pole related on my FB account and all the videos I post on youtube of pole is set on unlisted.
Im with Trixie. Most of my stuff is under minicoopergrl. Its just easier for me to keep track. The only time it isnt is when minicoopergrl is taken (which is rare but has happened) My FB profile has my real name and 99% of the time no one ever spells it right. But you can also type in Lulu Minicoopergrl and I pop up as well on FB.

I can not figure out how to change my YT! Back in the day it had to be your user name could not change. I am tnksdrmgrl on YT. Still tryin to figure out how to change it.
because for years I went by Nymphdancer or Nymphadora on pole forums. My stage name is now different. She has her own facebook page and my one that most of my pole friends are on (with some crossover) is my real name. My youtube account hasn't ever been used lol
I feel your pain! I only switched to my real name on YT because the option was offered and I decided that all the entertainment things I did weren't meant to be a huge secret. I have ended up with a bunch of different performance names: Black Orchid is actually my burlesque persona, Shimarella is my aerial dance/hoop name, S.T.Shimi is my real name and also my writer/theater artist name. I switched around a bunch of different "stripper names" in class when I first started and didn't like any of them. I still use Black Orchid for pole since I do pole -tease now as well...but I really want to change it to something else! But I know I will confuse people so I'm stuck with Black Orchid for all the sexy things!
