Can I upload directly from iPad?

I tried uploading from my samsung galaxy tab last night and it refused to let me, saying it wouldn't allow uploads from mobile devices. But I couldn't work out how to view the website as just a normal site!!    If Webmaster would help with this that would be amazing! For some reason my tab won't allow me to upload the files to my computer! Honestly, technology just hates me.
