So...after reading the OTHER thread on here...it appears that Body and Pole initiated contact through attorney? In which case, no one who gets involved in a legal dispute should every have personal contact with the other party once an attorney is involved. Also, Body and Pole is having workshops...the competitors are only not allowed to do workshops elsewhere the day which they are scheduled to do workshops all day long at the USPDF? yes once lawyers get involved all personal communication ceases. i asked did she try to talk/communicate through uspdf's lawyer but she was unaware of who it may be b/c there has not been any contact. i think this is where the issue starts... the workshops were scheduled on the same day of USPDF workshops for a lower price. i think USPDF might have been planning to add workshops all along but just wanted to get the initial ones filled up. also they are expanding their studio space so they probably were waiting to get the "ok" from the contractors that the space will be done by mid-march so they could add more workshops. and if you ever built out a space...it is very tricky to release an opening date if anything were to come up from the building code inspectors, etc...and all that jazz....

I still think that Wendy and Anna should have responded, especially since the first contact was through an attorney. It's rude and unprofessional to not return personal contact, but even worse if it's through a lawyer - that kind of contact demands attention. Why didn't they have their attorney respond? I'm not out to get USPDF, NYPD, or Wendy and Anna, I'm just getting even more frustrated that they haven't responded to anything. Have they even released a statement or said anything at all? 🤔 I'm starting to beat my head against a wall, here. This thread is going nowhere...
This thread is going nowhere... Excellent point! No one really knows Wendy or Anna's position so it's unfair to judge. THey aren't members on here so they cannot respond.

We just got our income taxes done and we're getting enough money back that I can afford one of Veena's workshops! 🥂 I'm so excited... Now I just need to decide which one. I have Amber's USPDF workshop that evening, so I'm thinking the earlier one would be a better idea so I have some time to recover in between... Oh, and I have enough to also buy a pair of Poleskivvies shorts that I've been drooling over for ages. Yay! 😀
We added another workshop for *Leigh Ann Reilly! Saturday March 20th at 6pm, Leigh Ann will be teaching her Bespun Signature style class! With some creative climb and invert techniques, and a lot of stretching, this class is great for anyone who wants a taste of the best studio in LA! This is a mixed level class. (*If Leigh Ann wins top 3 in the competition, Amy Guion will be teaching instead and Leigh Ann guarantees that she is just as great!). If you girls missed out on her class on Sunday, and still want to take a workshop on Saturday, this is a great opportunity! You can sign up on our website: http://www.bodyandpole.com ALSO, Don't miss out on taking VEENA'S WORKSHOPS!!! XOXO Lian
