how would you go from CAR to aysha or from the scorpio, has anyone seen a video for these because I really can't visualise them? and what does the reverse look like? I can do an a Spinderella 🥂 - Car into twisted grip Ayasha. I start half way up the pole into the Car -cross ankle release. I put my dominant Right hand behind me gripping the pole at my buttock area thumbs up. The secondary left hand grips overhead above my head, thumbs down. I let my body slide down the pole like I was going into a bow and arrow with both my ankles hooked on the pole, I slowly start to turn my body towards the left side of the pole, towards t, the direction of my lower hand for more room to turn. I switch my foot grip of my right ankle to the left of the pole and switch my left ankle to the right of the pole. Then lower my legs into the Ayasha split V leg position. I end up in a TG Ayasha. To come out, I just re grip the pole with my legs into a basic invert. Hope my explaination is clear. Blondebird has it at the beginning of her newest vid.
I have been trying to nail the CAR to TG Aysha and the bottom hand placement has me stumped...the way I am doing it just does not feel secure. I have studied various videos..Stephanie, blondebird etc..and you turn TOWARDS your hand behind your bum right? But the bottom hand, what sort of grip? This and the Allegra has me stumped...and I HATE that 😈

Jenn, I am about 50/50 with CAR to TG and i couldn't figure out why...and I realized I am slipping and losing the spcae between my arms, you need to do it as high up as you can get and be sure that if you are slowly slipping as I do that both arms are moving together to maintain the space needed to hold a tg aysha.
Thanks Charly...I am going to keep at it...it is a *beautiful* move! Thanks! Oh I meant to tell you I want to add you on FB...you are the closest to me (geography-wise) so I need to keep updated with Detroit things! I am TORTURED that I cannot go this weekend...you have no idea. If I hadnt already told ppl at work about it I would call in sick...bleah. Please take lots of pics and vids so it is like I am there! 😀 Any Allegra tips?

I was just in Windsor the other day too, we could have totally hooked up - if you were free. I am http://www.facebook.com/charleypole so add me! We have a really cool event coming up in October so don't worry!

Your bosses told me I am not allowed to tell you 😂 😂 😂 I can't let the cat out of the bag just yet.
Your bosses told me I am not allowed to tell you 😂 😂 😂 I can't let the cat out of the bag just yet. lol my bosses or my husband? I think they are both putting the brakes on for the rest of the year. I can't complain though I have something pole every month from June to Nov with the exception of Sept and we are going to disney then! 😎

My husband works in Dearborn and we are seriously discussing moving to Michigan...just so much more opportunity...and pole!

My bf is from Maidstone! We go back often to visit friends and family. I love going to Windsor, then again I don't live there... Let me know if you move here or are ever here. I will let you whenever I am Canadaside.

JennRn, the bottom hand is thumb down towards the ground and you turn towards the bottom hand. Their is very little room to turn towards the top hand and more difficult turn. Turn the direction on your bottom hand and start turning as you drop our body and switching legs.
