Curious about the interest level of a 30 day Ayesha program. A few people have mentioned it in the past but I'm working on this now so I'm wondering if this is something you'd be excited about?

I've been looking an Ayesha program actually. I'd be very interested because it really works! I just finished the shoulder mount program and...well I can now finally shoulder mount :D

Very interested in an Ayesha 30 day program. Just coming back to pole after a year of not doing anything. I can still do an Ayesha but cant hold it very long. Definitely need to build my strength back up, and a 30 day program would be prefect.

I am for sure interested! I actually despise training ayesha and I think the reason is I lack strength/stability in my shoulders. I think this would help with some of my other nemesis moves, too.
