So my friend talked me into joining the site so I just wanted to introduce myself and she if you have any pointers to me getting started.

Listen to you.......talked you into joining this site...LOL Like I said everyone here is SUPER friendly and it's a great place to be for poling. Can't wait until we get our poles and start learning! Sherry is going to be my pole buddy by the way... :-) I'm going to be getting the X-Pole from this site myself. That could be your first step besides conditioning your body with workouts and such.... But these lovely ladies will know better then me! :D Glad to see you on!

Yeah just got her on today! :) Hoping she will learn to pole with me and we can skype with eachother and laugh at our mistakes together. lol
