on a PC it's at the bottom of the screen.

There should be a chat bar at the bottom of your screen.

I am on an IPad......when I scroll down to the bottom I just see site info such as, contact you, etc. Maybe I cant do it from my I pad or have to change a setting????? Thanks!

It should work just fine on an iPad. I've tested it on all of ours. On an iPad there should be a tab at the bottom of the screen (you don't need to scroll it should just be there) that says Chat.

Thanks. I went off and went back in and the chat button shows up for a split second then disappears. Must be something up w my pad! Thanks!!!!

It does the same thing for me on my phone!!!!

It works perfectly on my iPad--tab with "chat now" just hangs out at the bottom of my screen.
