September Challenge #SVLyraLolly This challenge is strength based and we're giving away a Lyra or Lollipop by Fluid Metal Designs! ✨✨This is a full body strength building 💪 challenge with NO EQUIPMENT needed so everyone can join in and play! This challenge is the pefect way to strengthen the entire body for your new apparatus or for the one you already have! Thank you Allyson for making the creative! Here's how it works, at the end of the month we will randomly select one winner, this participant will have the ability to choose either a Lyra or Lollipop by Fluid Metal Designs http://www.fluidmetaldesigns.com . The more you share, the more you days you post, the more chances you have to win! I can't upload my video to IG, it keeps saying upload failed, is anyone else having this problem.

Mine fail at times, try again later or check to make sure it didn't go up even though it said fail...I've had them say fail, but still post.

Veena I looked to see if my video posted to IG and I didn't see it, so I tried again just now to upload it and still saying upload failed. I will try again later, if it don't upload today I'll try tomorrow.

Yayy just completed all 30 days. My shoulders and arms were still crying from the Dolphin Push Ups but I sucked it up to do the Burpees! Yes I feel stronger and learned new ways to strengthen body parts:)
