2011 August Challenge

The Challenge is.....Accept your Self! ❤️ You may dance to any song of your choosing or pick a song that represents loving/accepting who you are! THEN This is the important part....In the VIDEO DISCRIPTION....write 3 things you like about the video or your body. So often we are our own worst enemy (this is an ongoing stuggle for myself) and I know this holds a person back with so many things in our life, even pole dancing. You don't have to dance perfectly...just enjoy who YOU are. We had some great suggestions for the August challenge, thanks everyone! xoxo

I'm hoping this challenge will help me post my first video! I'm so nervous about recording myself that iv been poling for 3 months and learned lots fast but I'm still nervous for how I'll look on camera/ dancing. Gah

I think I'm gonna do this one.. I haven't done a studio veena challenge yet.. the only thing hard about this challenge is choosing a song.. there are soooo many lol
