  stupid damn phone!!!! help!!???!?!?

  i’m trying to get my videos from the memory card and i cant seem to figure it out for the life of me…
  they’re video that are set to 1hr for memory and the highest resolution… i plug my phone in with the usb cord thing it doesnt show anything… i put the mini hip in the adaptor and guess what?? nothing again i’ve been tyring everything for over an hour and am just frustrated to tears and ughh i dont know what to do i have windows xp… i wanted to upload my videos to make something cool on windows movie maker that also took me forever to get downloaded and working so i’m just beyond frustrated with this whole damn thing somebody please help me!!!
  its from my phone its an env3 and i hate this!!!!!

  Have you tried bluetoothing the video to your computer? I’m not familiar with the phone, but all the new ones have btooth capability. You may need an adapter, but they’re fairly cheap.

  I only can advice you to phone call the company that produces that type of phone. Look on their website, for sure they have a customer serrvice phone you can call to.
  Mine is Nokia and I always receive the help I need from their Customer Service.
  You can also try to look on the book the phone came with when you boght it.
