hi ladies. i have the x-pole nylon storing case (circular & rectangular bags) & was wondering how I could store the bottom base? I initally wanted to store the base with the upper dome, since there was a little room in the circular bag, but the piece that has the locking nuts in it stick up way too much for me to zip up the bag. i can’t remember if these came separately when I first got the pole, but is there a way to separate these two? the two as in 1) the piece with the locking nuts and 2) the smaller circular base. any tips would be appreciated. thx!

If you’re talking about the bottom most section then yes it came separately and you would remove it from the base by fully unwinding the spinning nuts and pulling it off the base so that the base fits better in the circular case.

thx so much https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif what i ended up doing was removing the 4 screws from the base. i’m not sure where to store the piece that has the 2 hex screws (stuck them in with the poles for now) but the top & bottom base now fit in the circular bag https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif now to get the two largest poles to come undone….
