poles installation in studio and false ceiling: help and advice wanted!
Hi pole sisters,
I'm starting to give pole dance classes in another studio where rooms have been dedicated to other sports until now.
On the floor there parquet, which sounds good. We have mirrors on two sides which sounds ok too. On top we have false ceiling, which might be a problem.
The other studio I'm teaching for also has false ceiling and tiled floor. Here the owner decided ti dismount false ceiling squares just corresponding to joist and made some poles stick to the reinforced concrete top and on the tiled floor.
For the second studio I was asked to find an installation solution and at least two alternatives for poles installation. The problem is the owner wouldn't like to ruin parquet.
Here is the picture.
I thought we might install poles under the reinforced concrete wall at the end of the room (not the first in the picture but the more distant one). Distance from the green wall is enough but I cannot say now distance between poles in a row. In order not to damage the ceiling strip and floor I was thinking of removable poles, both in static and spinning.
As for instructor pole maybe we could provide a stage, in order to place it at the center of the room so that girls can see me demonstrate.
But maybe this is extra.
What's your suggestion?
Which dance pole brands should I refer to for special prices?(we are in Italy)
And most of all, do you know about pole studios selling poles that might be appropriate for this situation? Thanks to everybody.
First of all does anybody know about poles alternative installation?
