I would stay away from any core intensive moves…but you can still work on dancing, floorwork and transitions…and plenty of stretching just becareful as your ligaments/joints are already probably getting pretty relaxed from hormones.

I was dancing up to 3 months pregnant then my Doc suggested I stop. It was getting tiring towards the end and just felt wrong. I would recommend getting medical advice and err on the side of caution- my obstetrician was not aware of how physical pole dancing really is.
Congrats on the bub! Mine has been out 3months now and I can’t wait to get back on my pole https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif -
You should check out this thread where someone else asked the same question and Veena gave a very helpful answer: https://www.studioveena.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=15&t=1005&st=0&sk=t&sd=a&hilit=anyone+else+pregnant

I know that this is an old thread but I searched pregancy because I am half way through mine, and I still pole. I do three times a week, and I still do all my moves, except for the jade splits b/c it presses on my belly really low that is uncomfy. Other than that, I am doing everything: TG handspring, caterpiller, everything. It is harder, but I feel great. Nothing is bothering me and I wanted others to not feel that they stopped just b/c of pregnancy. Listen to your body.I am still inverting b/c I feel comfortable doing so. There will come a time I am sure when it will be too much and I wouldn't recommend it for beginners, but they said that you can do whatever you did before your preg. and I did it all:) I also have learned a few new fun moves with spotters only so I am always safe. Enjoy your pregnancies with the pole;0
