new and hello from Alabama!
I just found yall last night. I am thrilled and intimidated. I have never seen this kind of pole dancing before,. you girls are like cirque de soleil dancers,. truly elegant, and athletic, and sexy at the same time. that’s not how i would describe myself,. but if I could get even 15% of what you have I’d feel encouraged!! I sent a message to Veena asking for a way to start…not knowing how to alternate muscle groups (I can’t even find mine anymore haha) but if anyone has suggestions on lesson names to begin with,. I am eager to begin. Thanks! eww! so exciting!

Hi and Welcome! If you’re asking about Veena’s lessons, they are already set up from easiest (1st page) to hardest as you scroll down the page and to the nest pages. Enjoy getting into pole!
