low blood pressure…
I have always had my bp run around the low end of normal, but it seems to be dropping more since I have cut out soy and wheat along with eating only vegan. Even after getting all tired and sweaty from kennel cleaning, my bp was 93/57. I feel dizzy throughout the day nust doing regular errands. I know I am getting plenty of sodium since I have been pigging out on tortilla chips and salsa *guilty face.* Is there anything I can do to getting up a little?
