  • Hamstring and forward fold flexibility

    I want to work on flexibility especially for hamstring and forward fold, which lessons would you recommend? Should I try the flexibility program out? I do have cleo’s rock n legs to I might give that a try

    Even though most of us tend to have one or two tight areas it’s a good idea to focus on the whole body as everything is connected.

    The 30-day flexibility program would be a good place to start. If you do have access to cleo’s stuff, it’s a good idea to use that too. I’m not familiar with her content, but I’m guessing it’s great.

    I just tried the search and put in Hamstrings and filtered for tutorials and it came up with 11 stretches and foam roller tutorials! I’ll try sharing the search results

    Cleo’s stuff is pretty good. I love hers and your lessons

    Should I continue the 30 day no pole program? Tomorrow i will be on day 4
