  butterfly/what is this move?

  so i just had to tell everyone that i got the butterfly yesterday! it still needs refining of course but i have the basic move down! it is crazy bc the more you dance the more you can do…at first its like you can’t get anything on the first try then as you get better you start getting moves almost right away… i love pole dance it is so rewarding!

  anyway lol…

  what is the move called where you flip up and hold on with both hands so your arms are pretty straight and your legs are back over your head like a v? you just flip up and hold your legs back by your head and your tummy gets scrunched? what is that lol https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_albino.gif https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_albino.gif
