    Scapula is the shoulder blade. Are you taking the lessons? Some of the first exercises we go over are to help you understand the movements of your scapula and proper positioning for pole dance.     thanks so much veena! i am purchasing lessons very soon, i was going to when i get paid next week bc i’ve got a lot of hours in at work, but then we had to replace the alternator in the car! of course! lol but i’m so excited to get lessons i hear they are amazing!

    hm, try this? you can switch from front and back views and if you mouseover the item you’re curious about in the list, a little colored rotating ball floats on top of the part…

    at uni we used http://www.anatomy.tv which was amazing but v in-depth. I think you have to pay for it too but if you are seriously interested in anatomy its like a virtual cadaver, you can take off layers and look at the muscles, ligaments, bones etc in different layers.
