Where do I begin?
Ok so I know that you have to exercise the same muscle groups in a session and you follow the pole strength with the conditioning and stretching…but my question is when I was going through the conditioning lessons I saw that Veena said to do the shoulder conditioning before the beginner lessons sooooo does that mean that I have to do these shoulder lessons first and then the hand lessons before I do the pole strength lessons?? Or do I just do these lessons along with the rest of my upper body routine?? I am so confused can someone please help me?
