    Veena, I have fallen out of my routine. I find myself 15 lbs overweight. I’m not only bigger but I am weak because I stopped weight training months ago. I started going to class once a week but I feel like I lost my foundation. What do you think is the best way to get myself back on track? I was thinking about the 30 day program but should I really start all the way at the beginning?

    Yes!!! The 30 day program really works! Most of the tasks for each day take well under hour leaving you with time to work on other things in addition to these daily task. Other have done it and loved the results! 😊
