Weight machines, etc for polers?
My little boy is almost 10 mo old, so I'm trying to really get back into poling. I've realized I can leave the kiddos at the YMCA daycare most any day for an hour or so and be able to work out. I'd like to use some of the weight equpiment or free weights to improve my strength for pole. Can anyone suggest some things I could do? I'm so clueless about the machines!
