  Toe Pointing Exercise

  Day 2
  Funny how sore my hips are after doing the toe pointing exercise. Has anyone else experienced this?

  Yes me too!!! so glad you posted! I thought I was weird! Whenever I just practice first 5 and tendu I am EXTREMELY sore!
