I asked for a pile for Christmas, got it. Went to a class just days ago to get face to face fundamentals, loved it. I have always had a rhythm inside me and a constant urge to just effing dance. Well, I believe I have finally got my opportunity to give myself the freedom I’ve always longed for..with pole. I am a SAHM of 3, on the cusp of 30 and couldn’t be more thrilled to welcome pole in my life. I will post photos/video of what I have learned so far when I can and just continue to work in flexibility and strength as I move forward. As much as is like to get lessons, my hubby is in a job transition so I’m not trying to spend much extra these days, which in ok with. I think flex and strength are my priority ATM. If anyone has tips for newbies like me, feel free, I am completely open. I am somewhat flexible d/t prior yoga practice but as y’all know, this is different. Anyway, rambling.. Please offer any words of wisdom for an at home poler. Looking forward to being part of a sisterhood 💪
**I realize now that I should’ve stared this as a discussion(obviously I’m new ðŸ˜).
