Oh really? I feel silly now. Do they have the same variety of resistances, or just a one-size-fits-all type deal?

It will say the level of resistance on the package https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif

I know in the UK the weakest resistance is the cream theraband…. not sure if its the same in the US. Strongest are black and green I think, but it depends on which brand you buy. I’d start with a weaker resistance, and then build up gradually to a stronger one.

Ok well I think I’ll pick up two, that gets up to 5 lbs. of resistance and up to 10 lbs. as well… I think those would be good for hand/wrist exercises, right? https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_rambo.gif

Englann, I don’t know if you have found what you are looking for yet, but I went to Walmart.com and found a lot of helpful stuff. The prices are great (of course) and there are several options. Not all of the sets are sold in stores (some are just on the website) but they offer free shipping to the store closest to you and then you can just go in and pick up your order when it gets there. Here are just a few that I found. Feel free to surf a bit and find what you are looking for. I hope this helps you too! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_flower.gif
