Therapy Bands
Hey everyone! I’m interested in starting to use therapy bands for a variety of strength training purposes. I specifically want to use them for the wrist and hand exercises Veena has been posting. I’ve noticed that my forearms still get pretty sore after pole dance so I feel like I need some additional work on them. Question is, what strength of therapy band would I need for those types of exercises? I found this website:
