    Yesterday, I was playing on my new pole. I do pole for fitness and fun and my body is good and sore today. I learned a few tricks from Wendy’s book. I did the Harley Swing and a leg spread hold. ( That was a tough one) All you wonderful ladies are so advanced and I appreciate this forum because it’s so full of great information and motivation too.
