When I was in NYC for Jenynes workshop a girl went from either a split grip of some kind aysha or straight edge, folded in half, put one leg through her arms and finished in a chopstick. I need a video of this and I can't seem to find anything and I wondered if anyone could help?

i think i was in that same workshop =) i don't think it's clear from the video, but it's the same body position as an elbow aysha but the pole is against the entire forearm (so not quite a forearm aysha either). you have to flatten your thighs to your stomach and push your butt all the way back before you start rotating down or you don't have the space to thread your foot through your arms. good luck!!

Amy I think you were because I think Sarahb69 picked up some shoes for you and we went to NYC together.
