Stretching Daily?
Hi everyone,
I’ve just got a quick stretching question. I (like most polers) am trying to eventually train myself to do the splits. I am aware that weights and strength training should have atleast a days rest inbetween but I do like to do cardio almost every day – different types of cardio ranging from a full gym workout, running a few miles outdoors or cycling.
My question is: how often can I go through my stretching routine? We have a good one that we have learnt at pole dancing class but am I ok to do this everyday? I would like to do my stretching after every cardio workout (since I will be warmed up) but is this safe/ok for my body?
