  Strength exercises without pole

  I’m without my pole for a month and wondered if people could help with core and upper body exercises to do off the pole at home.

  Bodyweight exercises are great! If you have Veena's lessons I believe she has some conditioning exercises off the pole. I think I have a post about this somewhere on my blog too…
