    Has anyone thought about this for a strength training exercise. It looks like tons of fun and I think would be really neat to learn how to add this to a pole routine. Of course you would be able to do it while poling but I think putting the two together would be AWESOME!!!" onclick=";return false;

    Hoddskaon YouTube combines her love of hooping and pole dance in her vids… maybe not at the same time but she posts vids of both.

    It must be a really good workout… good for toning. Especially when you get a hoop with weights in it.

    I think it’s a great idea!

    I’ve not hooped since I was a kid, but I think it could be quite fun and great for toning.
    I might give it a go!
