Strectching for this move!
Hi everyone! One of my goals moves is….well Im not sure what its called but I really want to learn it!!! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif Its like the move in the link but with legs horizontal and I would work towards getting my hands closer to my butt. Think a candy cane shape! LOL

I am looking for a good stretch to work my body up to that. I am fairly flexable and double jointed in my hips and shoulders so that helps with some things but I want to be sure I am stretching the correct muscles before I attempt this! LOL!! Thanks in advance!XOXO
