    Hi everyone! One of my goals moves is….well Im not sure what its called but I really want to learn it!!! Its like the move in the link but with legs horizontal and I would work towards getting my hands closer to my butt. Think a candy cane shape! LOL" onclick=";return false;
    I am looking for a good stretch to work my body up to that. I am fairly flexable and double jointed in my hips and shoulders so that helps with some things but I want to be sure I am stretching the correct muscles before I attempt this! LOL!! Thanks in advance!

    That is a bridge and it comes from a cross ankle release. Everyone looks different in the bridge because of back flexibility among other things, but if you’d like to have an extra flexi back you can start with something like But there are others here who could probably tell you more about back flexibility and stretching, as I don’t know much about it myself!

    She has her head tilted down if you try to look up towards your feet it will help you get the correct alignment.
