    Sometimes the sound is loud enough that the video camera picks it up, although it is not painful.  What am I doing wrong?

    It's pretty normal–I don't think you're doing anything wrong.

    lmao   i dont do much floor work, havent quite learned to the avoid the bones…. a pound or two would help they tell me

    I pop, creak and crack when i do floorwork like I'm 90yrs old.
    I'm with you echo, my bones grind against the hardwood floor with every floor move. Its so painful!

    LE, there has to be a technique we can learn to prevent all that nonesense…. I figured the pain would teach me to avoid that but once you move wrong what can you do? lol  My tail bone is the worst and once I bruised the center of my spine.
