Are there any moves that cannot be done on spinning? my pole only spins its a suped up flirty girl pole and I have trouble doing one handed spins on it, I was wondering if one handed spins are just not possible on a spinny pole?

Well, off the top of my head I can’t think of moves that can’t be done on spin mode but spin mode takes a lot more strength than static.

One handed spins on a 2” pole are fairly difficult because the diameter is so large – so if you have small hands you’ll really have to improve your grip – same goes for sweaty hands. They CAN BE done, but it takes slowing your spins way down and exercising your hands/fingers/wrists and forearms.

    Take spin mode easy.

Also keep in mind that the physics of a spinning pole means that it is basically trying to throw you off the whole time. That’s why one handed spins are so much harder, and stuff like the reverse grab is almost impossible until you are an advanced student. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_wink.gif
