  Lol not a program for splits. I’ve split the program into 14 day for Beginners and 30 for adv. I should’ve been more clear 😉

  8 brand new lessons ready….still have all 30 intros to film and edit! I’m growing my hair out, pray for a good hair day. lol

You see there’s 6 spin drill as “live” lessons…this is where I’m using a mic and you can follow along. 1 new Veena’s tips for spinning pole and one lesson with tips for internal things you can try for nausea!
