  Shoulder planche/plank!

  EEEE I'm so excited I had to share!! After 10 months of not getting it, it just clicked tonight!!

  I know I need to hold it a bit longer for it to be impressive but it's my next step. Whoooopwhoooo, I'm so happy 😀 I did it once before (10months ago) but even then i was holding my breathe. Now I can feel where it's supposed to sit and I can hold it AND breathe 😀

  hehe sorry guys… anyone else recently nailed a nemesis move?
