  SUGGESTIONS PLEASE

  Hey all, I just moved into a new place. It’s an apartment, older style building I do believe.
  Now of course I’m anxious to get my pole up but worried that the ceiling appears thin and possibly weak.
  Can anyone suggest some things I can do for extra support as to not damage the ceiling or end up with my pole going right throught it??

  Any suggestions would greatly be appreciated.

  Try putting a piece of plywood (2’x2’x1/4") between your pole dome and the ceiling…this will help spread out the pressure over a larger space. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif

  It’s worked for me in the past. Put a yoga mat between the plywood and the dome https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif
