  What should I do once I get done with the 30 day startup lessons? How do I organize a schedule? Any tips on how to continue to get better without a specified plan?

  Following 😊 I’m thinking of re doing them when I’m done and switching in more difficult moves however would love to hear what others say x

  😊 yeay – 30 days to flexy starts for me tomorrow as struggled to do the flexy and take off programmes side by side, looking forward to seeing progress over the month 😊 will then be following this idea x
