Counting the days until the pole expo. I am travelling from Iceland with 3 friends to the expo and it seems so unreal to me 🙂 I remember seeing videos from previous pole expo showcases and thinking how awesome it would be to go someday and also thinking that I would never be able to. Cant wait!

Also, does anyone know how the spinning poles are? At PNW Pole Art, the backstage pole which is one of the ones that is stand-alone, spun like a bat out of hell, and wobbled at the top. I honestly thought I was going to die! Do they spin more like a sturdy installed pole, or do they go freakishly fast and wobbly?

So I looked at my pole expo schedule and I realized that I haven’t signed up for a single POLE workshop. Everything I’ve signed up for is non-pole stuff :P. Thought that was funny.

I’m going to Pole Expo for the first time this year and coming over from England on my own before going to train in LA for 10 days as well 🙂 can’t wait! I’ve booked the elbow grips and aerial splits and flexy tricks workshops, is anyone else booked for them?

Hey! I don’t really have many pole friends here on SV (I’m far too shy. 🙁 ) but I’m going to the expo for the first time this year and have no workshops booked. I am going to four cirque shows though and the Bodies exhibit and a few other things, if anyone going without a friend would like to meet up! I’m also young so I cannot get into a lot of the nightlife, so any people 18-20 who’d like to hang out would be great! Feel free to message me here or on Instagram at sierrataye

If you missed FabPole at Midwest North American Pole Convention we will be at Pole Expo!!! Come and find us and take a FabPole Spin… We will have attachments and we are offering private and semi private lessons too.

Verticali, I know Somer Ahonen is going to be there again doing pole photo shoots. It looked like a lot of fun, I might do it this year! Also, I know Sam Green will be there again taking pics of many workshops, etc.

I’m so excited its my 1st time at pole expo. I will be attending Steven Retchless jazz funk on fri, Nadia Sharif pure pole on Sat, and Natasha Wang on Sun at 2. I really wanted a Jenyne Butterfly, but I when I signed up for the others it wasn’t up yet. I am looking forward to meeting y’all and all my pole idols. It sure is going to be fun 😉

I wanted to let everyone know that I have about 6 Studio Veena Buttons left to hand out. (I ordered 10 of them so I could share). I will be in line for the pole showcase from 4/5pm and on.
